Comment of tasting of "Flavour Scents red 2009" on the "Vinsurvin" site

Present for the first time on the Lounge(Show) of the Wine growers independent from Lille from 18 till 21 November 2011, we have present our

" Flavour red 2009 " to the creator and the columnist(commentator) of the blog vinsurvin-blog.com, Mr Fabrice Le Glatin.

Having tasted(savoured) meadows of 500 samples of all France, our wine was selected. It is advised(recommended) to the visitors of this Lounge(Show) to come to discover him(it).

^{DOMAIN GIROD, VENTOUX, Scents, 2009 (G22; 6€). The nose is dashing, full of tonus. The mouth is juicy, on the strawberry, the raspberry. That sings in mouth, it is joyful, all that I like !!!}

Festival of the Vine and Wine

Thursday of the Ascension, we opened our doors to all our friends and visitors alike to celebrate the feast of the vine and wine in a friendly atmosphere.

On this occasion, a dinner was held between the tanks.

On the menu that day:

Green salad - grilled ham and vegetables - Cheese - Strawberry Pie with a scoop of ice - including wine

We thank those present at this meal and they came to visit us during the day.

It was a rainy day, but still radiant.

The game of bowls and walking trails could not take place. We put this in the next year.

This year, two winners of the raffle each won a hot air balloon flight.
We thank Hervé "Balloon-Luberon" which on this occasion offered a flight.

Bottling

Délire and l’Estival and the white wine Borie were bottled. A great day.

We will sell them only in a few weeks to let the bottles of wine settle.

Sandrine is under the weather but very happy with that new vintage.
